About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Lead with expertise in full-stack development, leadership, and project management.
The ideal candidate will lead multiple teams and projects, right from requirement gathering to delivery ensuring innovation, quality, and client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, mentoring teams, and driving high-impact product delivery that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple technical teams.
• Define objectives, assign responsibilities, and evaluate team performance.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performing, and learning-oriented culture.

Technical Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive the

  technical roadmap

  in alignment with business and product goals.
• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technical strategies.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, security, and compliance best practices.

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end project execution — from planning to release.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables ensuring on-time delivery.
• Handle project risks, scope changes, and client communications effectively.

Product Management & Development

• Product Lifecycle Understanding:

  Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and market demands.

• Agile & Scrum Methodologies:

  Proficient in agile practices, leading sprints, managing backlogs, and driving successful feature delivery.

• Product Vision & Strategy:

  Skilled in aligning technical decisions with the product's vision and business objectives to create valuable solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Strong collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine user stories, define key features, and ensure successful product outcomes.

Technical Expertise & Innovation

• Provide hands-on technical guidance in full-stack development.
• Solve complex technical challenges with innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Keep the team aligned with latest technology trends and best practices.

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between technical teams, clients, and senior management.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic and operational alignment.

AI & Automation:

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts such as

  Vector Databases, RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, LLM Integrations

  , and AI-driven application development.
• Experience using or integrating AI-powered developer tools like

  Replit (preferred), Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude

  into development workflows.

Technical Skills Required:

Full-Stack Development Expertise:

• Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Angular/Next JS (Preferred), HTML, CSS.
• Backend: Python (Preferred) / Core Java 1.8+, Spring Boot, Microservices / Node.js.
• Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Security & Performance: OAuth2, JWT, API Security.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Any bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Strong experience in leading teams and handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proven expertise in mobile and web application development.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
