Job Description

As a .NET Technical Lead at KANINI, you will oversee the technical team and all projects. Your responsibilities include analyzing briefs, writing progress reports, identifying risks, and developing work schedules. It is essential to lead by example, work hard with the team, and inspire each member to achieve personal and professional goals. Your role involves expanding industry knowledge, quickly identifying problems, probing for solutions, and building lasting relationships across teams. In this position, you will lead the team in developing business solutions through configuration and software development. You will be accountable for designing, coding, unit testing, building, deploying, and supporting application software. Collaboration with analysts and architects to define the technical direction based on business requirements is crucial. You will assist in designing, analyzing, developing, implementing, and deploying new data-driven, web-based applications. Supporting existing systems, delivering end-to-end web solutions for projects, conducting code reviews, unit testing, and preparing technical design documents are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support system testing, deploy integration artifacts, and supervise junior team members. To be successful in this role, you should have 8+ years of experience in .Net programming, 5+ years working with relational databases, web design and development using Microsoft Technologies, experience with various technologies like C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net, ADO.NET, MVC, jQuery, Angular/React, among others. Proficiency in data modeling, database design, querying, performance tuning, and TSQL queries is required. Moreover, you should be familiar with Agile methodologies, SCRUM processes, Source Control Systems, CI/CD tools, and have the ability to work independently and virtually. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Azure Developer or Azure Architect certification, knowledge of Azure Cloud Native Development, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, QlikView, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Telerik Kendo UI, enterprise application architecture, design patterns, experience in Financial Services or consulting environment, effective communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and willingness to learn and apply new technologies. The ideal candidate holds a B.E. / B. Tech / M.C.A. / MSc degree, preferably in Computer Science or IT.,
