Technical Lead - .Net Full Stack, Blazer UI

As a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Tech Lead, your role involves overseeing the migration of applications from ASP.NET 4.7 to ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework 4.7 to .NET Core 8, and Entity Framework 6 to EF Core. You should have proficiency in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, along with experience in ASP.Net, VB.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure (Data Factory, Logic Apps, Data pipelines, etc). It is also essential for you to have experience with Blazor and the ability to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead migration projects from ASP.NET 4.7 to ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework 4.7 to .NET Core 8, and EF 6 to EF Core. - Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components using .NET technologies. - Utilize Blazor for building interactive web UIs. - Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high standards of code quality. - Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable and robust system architectures. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful project completion. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and migration activities. Skills and Qualifications: - Extensive .NET experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, including ASP.Net, VB.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure (Data Factory, Logic Apps, Data pipelines, etc). - Proven migration expertise from ASP.NET 4.7 to ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework 4.7 to .NET Core 8, and EF 6 to EF Core. - Strong knowledge and experience with Blazor. - Competence in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development. - Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Agile development practices. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.,
