We’re looking for a Technical Lead who can lead by example—owning architecture, guiding engineers, and actively writing code as part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers.
Design, build, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.
Actively contribute as a hands-on developer, writing clean and maintainable code.
Review and optimise code for performance, scalability, and security.
Implement and enforce best practices in architecture, testing, and CI/CD.
Own the delivery of critical features and ensure smooth deployments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams.
Research and adopt new tools or frameworks to improve speed and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on coding and system design experience.
Strong expertise in:
Frontend: React / Next.js / TypeScript
Backend: Node.js / Laravel / Python
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Cloud: Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
Experience in building and scaling products in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and API architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Proven ability to balance coding and team leadership.

Nice to Have

Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
Exposure to microservices and serverless architecture.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
