About the Role

  . You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction, mentoring the development team, and ensuring that best practices are followed to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Architect and develop high-performing applications using

  Java 8+

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and

  Microservices

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Manage containerization using

  Docker

  and orchestration with

  Kubernetes

  .
• Work on database design, performance optimization, and query tuning for

  SQL Server

  and

  PostgreSQL

  .
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using the

  ELK Stack

  (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Integrate cloud services leveraging

  AWS

  (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Lead front-end development efforts with

  ReactJS

  for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of innovation and quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  Java 8 & above

  OOPS principles

• Hands-on experience with

  Spring Boot

  and

  Microservices

  architecture.
• Expertise in

  SQL Server

  and

  PostgreSQL

  .
• Knowledge of

  ELK Stack

  for application monitoring and logging.
• Experience with

  AWS cloud services

• Proficiency in

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

  for containerization and orchestration.
• Front-end development experience with

  ReactJS

  .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
