Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the design and development of software solutions, ensuring the highest quality of code, and managing project timelines. The role involves conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and implementing best practices for software development.

Qualifications

• Proficient in software development languages such as C#, Javascript, and Python.
• Strong experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Expertise in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
