As a Technical Lead Full Stack (.NET) specializing in the Trading Domain with over 12 years of experience, your role will involve technical leadership, solution design, and active coding to drive delivery excellence and system scalability for high-performance trading platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of full-stack trading applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular/React, and Azure. - Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate trading domain requirements into technical solutions. - Design and develop real-time trading systems with high throughput and low latency. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs/microservices with FIX, market data feeds, and trading engines. - Ensure robust application security, compliance, and data integrity in alignment with financial regulations. - Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment automation. - Mentor developers to ensure adherence to clean code and best practices. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions. - Stay updated with evolving trading technologies, architecture patterns, and .NET ecosystem enhancements.
