Technical Lead (Full Stack)

As a Frontend Lead at Sigmoid, your primary role is to develop cloud-first web applications. You will lead mixed discipline development teams to deliver products within the agreed scope, time, and budget while maintaining high standards. Responsibilities: - Align Sigmoid with key Client initiatives. - Interface daily with customers from leading Fortune 500 companies to grasp strategic requirements. - Ability to understand business requirements and align them with technology solutions. - Develop a delivery plan with domain experts and ensure its successful execution. - Proficient in application development, support, integration development, and data management. - Identify risks and devise alternative action plans. - Design and develop various components using technologies like React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgresQL, Firestore, and others. - Provide technical direction and strategic leadership on Systems Design and Microservices Driven Architecture. - Act as the hiring manager to shape the future workforce of Sigmoid. - Resolve Technical Leads (TLs) in Business-As-Usual (BAU) design and coding tasks, stepping in to code when necessary. - Define team structure, recruit, and train the team as required. - Stay updated on the latest technologies to maximize ROI for customers and Sigmoid. - Design and implement APIs. - Review Database schemas and share expert knowledge to provide simple and comprehensive data designs. - Define technical requirements, plan and execute scope with teams, productionize applications, and explore new web technologies. Qualifications: - 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Computer Science or related technical discipline. - 6+ years of experience in software development related to web technologies like Java, Python, Javascript, React.js, Node.js, Flask APIs, Django, MEAN stack, MERN stack. - Experience in Microservices design (including Event-Driven Architecture) and API design. - Rich engineering experience in building high-quality, enterprise-level applications. - Dynamic leader with direct management experience of highly competent developers in a fast-paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in agile methodology. - Development and support experience in Web Applications as a frontend developer, backend developer, or full-stack developer. - Architecting, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. - Experience with database modeling and development.,
