Technical Lead Full Stack (SaaS Development)

You are a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead responsible for architecting, building, and scaling the SaaS platform. Your role involves leading the development team, designing scalable systems, integrating AI/ML capabilities, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the stack. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers. - Own architecture, design patterns, and technology decisions. - Design architecture for integration with AI/ML and LLM models. - Build and maintain scalable SaaS web applications and backend services. - Develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices. - Build responsive front-end interfaces using React/Next.js. - Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure code quality, security, performance, and reliability. Qualifications Required: - Backend experience of 5+ years with Node.js or Python. - Strong proficiency in React/Next.js/TypeScript for frontend development. - Prior experience in building or scaling SaaS products. - Familiarity with AWS or Azure services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc. - Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB. - Proficiency in containers, DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation. - Experience with REST, microservices, version control using Git. - Ability to integrate AI/ML models or APIs from platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow. - Leadership experience with a total of 7+ years in the field and at least 2 years in a lead role. - Strong communication, decision-making, and mentoring skills. - Background in Agile methodologies.
