Technical Lead- Full Stack (ReactJs+NodeJs)

As a Full Stack Developer with over 8 years of software development experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the best-engineered technical solutions using the latest technologies and tools. Your role will involve utilizing your strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript to work on React + Node projects. Additionally, you will leverage your experience with React Native and Expo for cross-platform mobile/web development. Key Responsibilities: - Implement best-engineered technical solutions using the latest technologies and tools - Utilize JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency in React + Node projects - Develop cross-platform mobile/web applications using React Native and Expo - Work with monorepo tools such as Turbo, Yarn/Bun workspaces for modular codebases - Manage state using Redux, Zustand, or Context - Collaborate with backend development using Node.js, Express, or similar technologies - Deploy applications in cloud-native environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm - Implement modern CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions - Integrate APIs using GraphQL, REST APIs, and best practices - Perform automated testing and ensure code quality using tools like Jest, Biome - Create reusable components and user experiences using UI libraries like Tamagui and Storybook Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (React + Node) - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript - Experience with React Native and Expo for cross-platform development - Familiarity with monorepo tools and modular codebases - Experience in State Management (Redux, Zustand, or Context) - Knowledge of cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) - Understanding of GraphQL, REST APIs, and API integration best practices - Proficiency in automated testing and code quality tools - Experience with UI libraries like Tamagui and Storybook In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise solutions, explore new technologies with accomplished solution architects, and gain exposure to aspects of security, AI/ML, business domain, and data analytics.
