Technical Lead - Full Stack

As a Team Lead at CodeNgine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product development. Leading a team of talented developers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions. This hands-on leadership role requires a combination of technical expertise and the ability to mentor and motivate your team. You will lead a team of full-stack developers at CodeNgine, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and requirements will be essential. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using technologies such as Js, Node.js, Angular, and more will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee the development of server-side components like databases (MySQL, MongoDB), APIs, and microservices. Utilizing containerization and Docker for managing deployment and scalability will be crucial. Ensuring that the team's work aligns with best practices, industry standards, and security requirements is a key aspect of your role. Leading code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring code quality and consistency are also part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability will contribute to the success of the projects. Promoting a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team and staying updated on the latest trends in web development, cloud technologies, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) are essential. Your qualifications should include 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in full-stack development using technologies like Node.js, Angular, MySQL, and MongoDB is required. Strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly GCP, and experience with containerization and Docker are necessary. Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, effective communication and collaboration skills, and experience with agile development methodologies are important qualifications. Having a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and understanding responsibilities of the platform, design patterns, API, proxies, caching layer, database, and web services used in the system are critical. Nice-to-have qualifications include previous experience in a team lead or managerial role, knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and certifications in relevant technologies.
