Job Description

As a Technical Lead for ADAS Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) Testing team, your role will involve leading the validation of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) using simulated real-world environments. You will be responsible for architecting scalable HiL platforms, defining validation strategies, and ensuring robust system-level testing for camera, radar, lidar, and sensor fusion ECUs using dSPACE platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing test specifications for projects, performing tests, and writing test reports. - Integrating test environment components (HW, SW & Mechanic) in conformance with project needs. - Architecting and delivering end-to-end HiL solutions using dSPACE SCALEXIO, ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, and MotionDesk. - Designing system architecture, signal routing, sensor stimulation, and plant models for multi-ECU ADAS validation. - Defining test strategies, automation frameworks, and coverage methodologies in line with ISO 26262 and ASPICE. - Leading the development of scenario-based testing and integrating vehicle dynamics using IPG CarMaker / ASM. - Mentoring and guiding HiL teams on test design, scripting (Python/CAPL), and debugging. - Collaborating with software, systems, and OEM teams to ensure comprehensive validation of ADAS features (AEB, ACC, LKA, BSD, TSR, etc.). **Required Skills And Qualifications:** - Automotive Domain knowledge. - Knowledge of ADAS algorithms, sensor fusion, and vehicle dynamics. - Hands-on experience with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS, XCP). - Expertise with dSPACE ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, and SCALEXIO hardware. - Proficiency in Vector Tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio, DYNA4, VT Systems, Network interface cards. - Hands-on experience with Python, CAPL, MATLAB. - Exposure to SIL/MIL and advanced ADAS/AD validation. - Familiarity with configuration and version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN). **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science. - More than 7 years of work experience in the automotive industry. In addition to the above requirements, it would be a nice-to-have if you have ISTQB certification, experience with other HIL systems (e.g., Vector, NI), and knowledge of embedded software development and AUTOSAR concepts.,
