Technical Lead - Data Reporting & Visualization

As a Technical Lead for Data Reporting & Visualization at Zywave in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of intelligent and scalable data reporting solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing interactive dashboards using Cube.js and Chart.js, as well as architecting backend services and APIs with .NET Core to enable analytics and reporting functionalities. You will collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning models into reporting workflows and oversee the deployment of data reporting infrastructure on AWS. Furthermore, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful visual analytics for the insurance domain. Your role will involve optimizing data querying, caching, and rendering for real-time and historical insights, reviewing code, enforcing best practices, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. You will champion continuous improvements in the performance, reliability, and security of reporting systems while staying updated with the latest advancements in data visualization, cloud platforms, and AI technologies. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 8 years of software development experience and a minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership position. You must have hands-on expertise with Cube.js, Chart.js, and .NET Core, along with a strong understanding of AWS services, SQL, RESTful API development, and data modeling. Experience in integrating AI/ML models into production-level applications or dashboards, familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js, and knowledge of DevOps practices are essential qualifications. Mandatory skills for this role include proficiency in Git, .NET Core, and SQL, while good-to-have skills encompass Cube.js, Chart.js, RESTful APIs, data modeling, AWS, and Prompt Engineering. Prior exposure to the insurance domain would be advantageous.
