Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical evaluations for candidates in web development and IT, focusing on coding skills, problem-solving approach, and technical understanding. - Evaluate proficiency in a wide range of technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Express, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP/Laravel, SQL, NoSQL, REST APIs, Git, and cloud technologies. - Design and administer real-world coding challenges, debugging tasks, and technical problem-solving scenarios. - Assess candidates" knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, and coding best practices. - Provide structured and unbiased feedback on candidate performance, offering actionable insights. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance technical screening and assessment processes. - Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to ensure evaluations are up-to-date and relevant.
