Hiring Allert for Technical Developer - Oracle EBS

Location: Chennai

Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Shift: UK Time Zone

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS Technical Lead with 812 years of techno-functional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, developing solutions, and supporting key business functions across Finance or SCM modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RICEW components Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows.

Analyze business requirements and propose optimal system configurations.

Provide Level 2 production support with a focus on minimizing downtime.

Monitor application health, optimize scripts, and ensure system efficiency.

Work with Oracle development tools SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, OAF.

Maintain compliance with SOX and other IT controls.

Lead and mentor a team of technical and functional professionals.

Required Skills & Experience:

812 years of Oracle EBS techno-functional experience (11i/R12).

Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher.

Solid experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Workflow Builder & Unix OS.

In-depth expertise in Finance (AP, AR, GL) or SCM modules.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Knowledge of EDI, Order Management, and Pricing modules.

Ability to stay current with Oracle’s technology roadmap and implement industry best practices.
