About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  technology POCs and prototypes

  supporting clinical operations, data integration, and analytics.
• Evaluate, integrate, and optimize emerging AI/LLM and data visualization tools into the organization’s digital infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture for rapid prototyping and iterative improvement.
• Build

  internal analytics dashboards and automation frameworks

  that connect Smartsheet, Box Drive, and other enterprise tools for operational reporting.
• Design APIs, connectors, and workflows to improve data visibility and collaboration across departments.
• Implement monitoring and notification systems to support decision-making by leadership and project teams.
• Strengthen the organization’s

  technical foundation

  by designing scalable data and application frameworks.
• Evaluate and deploy cloud-based solutions for data storage, computation, and automation (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Establish and document data governance, API standards, and version control systems.
• Act as the

  technical lead

  working directly with Managing Partners and cross-functional teams.
• Independently manage projects, timelines, and deliverables under minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, regulatory, and operations SMEs to understand user needs and translate them into technical deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Technical Skills

• Strong development background in

  Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

  with experience in API integration and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in

  data visualization tools

  (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  and DevOps basics (CI/CD, version control).
• Familiarity with

  AI/ML or LLM technologies

  and their integration with structured data systems.
• Knowledge of

  data security, HIPAA / GxP compliance

  , and controlled document repositories (Box / SharePoint).
• Experience integrating tools such as

  Smartsheet, Box Drive, Slack, and CRM systems

  through APIs or webhooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in

  Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
