Technical Delivery Manager/Project Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager/Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead a cross-functional team within IT Domains to ensure the timely and within budget delivery of projects. This will involve working with a variety of team members such as Architects, System Analysts, Developers, Testers, Build & Release Engineers, regional, and offshore teams. You are expected to manage Projects/Programs worth > $3M and may handle multiple Projects/Programs simultaneously. Your role will require you to collaborate within a Core Team environment that includes Business Program Managers, Networks engineering Managers, and other senior operational personnel. Therefore, it is crucial for you to possess a diverse skill set to establish credibility and effectively lead Projects/Programs. Financial management is a key aspect of this role, and you will be responsible for managing financial budgets and associated reporting KPIs within the Project team. Strong financial management skills are essential to ensure effective budget management. Communication skills are paramount for this position. You must exhibit exceptional leadership skills and have prior experience managing small to medium cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects and programs. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of Program/Project management for medium to large application development projects ($1Mil to up to $20Mil and/or up to 10+ team members) - Experience in software development and delivery of large complex software projects, particularly with mobile, billing, integration, and digital applications - 7+ years of experience in financial management - Experience working with Senior Stakeholders (VP, Director of large organization level) - Familiarity with IT Project Delivery using Waterfall Agile and Hybrid Methodology Please note that the Job Description does not contain any additional details about the company.,
