About the Role

Technical Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
planning, execution, and delivery
of multiple projects across technologies and domains.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong stakeholder communication and relationship management.
Define project scope, objectives, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery milestones.
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor project health using
Agile/Scrum/Kanban
practices, ensuring adherence to SDLC and quality standards.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
Ensure
technical feasibility
of solutions and collaborate with architects/tech leads for design validation.
Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor management for assigned projects.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team performance.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
12+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in delivery or program management.
Strong technical understanding of
software development
, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, people management, and client communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
