Description
You will be joining ZopDev, a multi-cloud orchestration platform dedicated to simplifying cloud management and automation. As a Technical Content Writer, your primary responsibility will be to enhance user enablement, content strategy, and product adoption. Your tasks will include creating and maintaining various types of documentation such as API references, user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and deployment manuals. You will design documentation structures that promote intuitive navigation and user engagement. Collaborating closely with engineers, you will develop guides, use-case scenarios, and API documentation to facilitate developer enablement. In addition to working closely with engineers, you will also collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content. You will contribute to onboarding guides, whitepapers, blogs, and case studies for training and marketing purposes. As part of your role, you will continuously analyze usage metrics, incorporate user feedback, and update content as necessary. You will also be responsible for creating visual aids such as diagrams and flowcharts using tools like Figma and Lucidchart. Ensuring global accessibility and compliance with standards will be a key aspect of your work, along with utilizing tools like GitBook, ReadTheDocs, Swagger, and automation workflows for tooling and automation. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in technical writing, preferably in areas such as cloud computing, DevOps, or SaaS. A strong understanding of AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps tools is essential. Excellent communication skills are required, along with the ability to simplify complex topics effectively. Experience with API documentation tools like Postman and Swagger, as well as version control systems like Git, will be beneficial. Knowledge of Markdown, HTML, YAML, JSON, and scripting languages will be considered a plus in this role.,
