We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce engaging and SEO-friendly content for our website, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.

Role: Technical Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including product guides, API docs, user manuals, help content, and technical specifications.
• Create blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website content focused on web, mobile, and custom software solutions.
• Create structured, SEO-friendly, and accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Review and edit existing technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to include visuals, infographics, and diagrams where applicable.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to understand software features, workflows, and updates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and UI/UX teams to understand product features and translate them into clear documentation.
• Explain the functionalities, architecture, and workflows of mobile and web applications for clients and users.
• Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to internal style and tone guidelines.

Desired skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical content writing or documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to comprehend complex systems and explain them in a clear, concise manner
• Experience with API documentation, SDKs, and developer-focused content
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content marketing tailored for technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
