Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain

  product documentation

  including:
• User guides and knowledge base articles
• Product feature documentation
• Release notes and “What’s New” updates
• Product tours and walkthroughs
• Develop

  “How-to” videos

  , tutorials, and quick-start demos that simplify product usage.
• Work with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and accuracy across all content.
• Continuously improve documentation based on feedback from internal teams and customers.
• Quickly learn new tools, products, and technologies to translate technical information into accessible content.

Must-Have Skills

• 2–3 years of experience

  as a Technical Writer, Content Specialist, or similar role in a

  SaaS or tech start-up environment

  .
• Proven ability to create

  user guides, release notes, and video tutorials

  .
• Good understanding of

  documentation tools

  is a plus (such as Readme, Intercom).
• Experience with

  video creation tools

  (such as Loom).
• Excellent command of written English with a focus on

  clarity, consistency, and accuracy

  .

• Fast learner

  with a strong willingness to explore and adopt new tools and workflows.
• High attention to detail and a mindset for

  precision and quality

  .

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of

  UI/UX principles

  and

  SaaS product workflows

  .
• Familiarity with

  HTML, Markdown

  , or other documentation formats.
• Experience using

  AI-assisted writing or video tools

  .
• Knowledge of

  content analytics

  or documentation feedback loops.
