Job Description

Role Overview: You will join a dynamic team within a growing ICT Services company with a global footprint as a Technical Consultant - SNOW in the Global Asset Management team. Your role will involve demonstrating expertise with Snow Software SAM tool, managing the SPE platform, optimizing the SNOW tool, and providing support on software asset management infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrated expertise with Snow Software SAM tool. - Proficiency in managing the SPE platform and familiarity with Snow tool migrations, optimization, and best practices. - Responsible for the management and maintenance of the SAM platform (SNOW) covering SLM, Inventory, and Connectors. - Conduct daily health checks on the SAM platform (SNOW) and optimize it according to best practices. - Implement and manage the SNOW Software License management tool. - Support complex matters related to SLM and the SNOW platform, particularly in automation. - Advise on optimal infrastructure design for licensing methodology to control costs effectively. - Ensure regular updates and upgrades of the SNOW tool. - Handle requests from end customers, project managers, and the Global procurement team regarding specific software asset management infrastructure. - Act as a subject matter expert on the SNOW tool, providing daily support and knowledge to the SAM team. - Collaborate with Global teams to implement best practices that enhance governance and compliance levels. - Own and update SAM Technical process documentation and drive process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Over 4 years of experience in IT Software Asset Management and IT Asset Management. - Proficient in Snow Software SAM tool. - Experience with SPE platform, including knowledge of Snow tool migrations, optimization, and best practices. - Experience with Discovery Tools like ServiceNow Discovery and SCCM is preferred. - Experience in documenting processes, policies, and procedures related to Software Asset Management. - Ability to interpret licensing contracts, end-user license agreements, terms, and conditions. - Familiarity with SQL Database and basic queries is preferred.
