10+ Years of Overall Experience with 5+ Years of experience in AI & ML Using IBM Watson Platform

Key responsibilities include implementing AI solutions, such as Watson Assistant for customer service, analyzing data for insights, and developing strategies to meet client needs in areas like fraud detection, loan underwriting, and digital core system modernization.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• AI Implementation & Automation:

  Configure and deploy IBM Watson Assistant to provide automated customer support, handle self-service requests, and automate workflows.

• Data Analysis & Insights:

  Use AI and machine learning to analyze customer data, identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights for better decision-making.

• Customer Experience Enhancement:

  Leverage AI to create personalized banking experiences, improve customer loyalty, and offer faster, more consistent support across various channels.

• Consulting & Strategy:

  Advise financial institutions on integrating AI and other digital technologies into their core systems to achieve desired business outcomes.

• System Integration & Development:

  Work with complex systems, including microservices and cloud environments, to develop and maintain solutions for banking products like loans and deposits.

As a IBM Watson AI Developer, you would be responsible for developing and deploying challenging AI Solutions using IBM Watson suit of products with fair knowledge on Python / JAVA

• Be a trusted advisor of the Customer for AI / Conversational Use Cases
• Work for smooth development & delivery projects for the Customer
• Implement appropriate Watson AI Algorithms and tools
• Develop Machine Learning applications / solutions according to the given requirements
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the tesm ina fast-paced, dynamic development environment
• Develop Machine Learning applications / solutions according to the given requirements
• Mentor/Lead the team for the development activities assigned by the customer
• Will be involved in product installation/ configurations, trouble shooting (Performance, third party integration & Security)
