Job Summary

The AV Coordinator & Documentation professional will support Audio-Visual project delivery by coordinating between teams, managing schedules, and ensuring all AV-related documentation is accurate, updated, and aligned with project timelines. This role requires both strong organizational skills and a foundational understanding of AV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

AV Co-ordination

Documentation:

Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, including:

  • Project schedules
  • As-built drawings
  • Cable schedules
  • Equipment inventory
  • Rack layouts and connectivity diagrams
  • Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), operation manuals, and handover documents.
  • Track revisions and change logs throughout project phases.
  • Ensure documentation is aligned with customer and consultant specifications.
