Job Description

As an Analyst in the Quoting Rules team at Salesforce, you will be an integral part of the Product & Pricing Operations space. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and architects to develop scalable solutions, working with support teams to enhance customer experience, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Your analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to your success in this fast-paced environment. One of your primary responsibilities will be to lead end-to-end implementations of CPQ projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and Pricing Strategies. You will play a crucial role in executing product configuration requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of work assignments, and supporting the operation of CPQ infrastructure. Your expertise in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and identifying process inefficiencies will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, analytical prowess, and decision-making capabilities. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Apttus CPQ, and automation scripting tools such as Python will be advantageous. Additionally, your ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in meeting project objectives. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires flexibility to support AMER hours.
