Technical Business Analyst (CPQ), Product & Pricing Ops

As an Analyst at Salesforce, you will be part of the Quoting Rules team within the Product & Pricing Operations space. This role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to develop scalable solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and working with support teams to enhance customer experiences and internal systems. Your analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial for success in this fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include leading end-to-end implementations of CPQ projects, ensuring a deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and Pricing Strategies, and supporting product configuration requirements throughout the Product Lifecycle Management process. You will be accountable for delivering work assignments promptly and meeting quality expectations. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining CPQ infrastructure, troubleshooting rule configurations, identifying process inefficiencies, and automating manual tasks through scripting solutions. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to make informed decisions. Prior experience with Salesforce CPQ, Apttus CPQ, Approvals, CLM, Python, or other automation scripting tools will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of technical and administrative experience on Salesforce Projects and at least 1 year of CPQ system configuration experience. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires flexibility to support AMER hours.
