Technical Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.• Hands-on Development: Write and review complex Apex/Visualforce/LWC code and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).• Integration Expertise: Architect and implement seamless integrations with third-party platforms, ERP systems, and internal tools.• Team Leadership: Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and proactively suggest architectural improvements.• Code Quality & Delivery: Own the technical delivery, ensure code quality, and drive timely execution of deliverables.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.• Strong command over Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce applications.• Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of large-scale applications.• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to guide and influence technical teams.• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
