Role Overview

Technical Architects

Key Responsibilities

Client & Requirement Management
Engage directly with clients to capture business and technical needs.
Convert requirements into architecture blueprints and implementation plans.
Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end scalable MERN-based SaaS and enterprise applications.
Architect microservices, APIs, and real-time data pipelines.
Define reusable modules, coding guidelines, and security layers.
Development Leadership
Lead the team in development using
React / Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB / PostgreSQL
.
Review code and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and establish a strong engineering culture.
AWS DevOps & Deployment
Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Manage AWS services –
EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudFront, VPC, Route 53
.
Automate deployments using
Docker, Terraform, Ansible
.
Ensure scalability, observability, and cost optimization.
Quality & Delivery Excellence
Drive end-to-end ownership of development, testing, staging, and production environments.
Ensure system reliability, high availability, and performance benchmarks.
AI & Automation Readiness
(Preferred)
Collaborate with AI teams for RAG, LLM, and intelligent automation integration.

Core Technical Skills

MERN Stack (React.js / Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB / PostgreSQL)
Advanced JavaScript / TypeScript
REST & GraphQL APIs | Microservices Architecture
AWS Cloud (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, VPC)
DevOps Tools – Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible
CI/CD Pipelines | Security Best Practices | Monitoring (CloudWatch, Grafana)
System Design & Scalability Architecture
Strong understanding of performance optimization and cost-effective cloud deployment
