Technical Architect

Technical Architect who can understand the business requirements and come up with the HLD, LLD related to the Service Now implementation for modules like CMDB, HRSD, IT Asset Management, Service Catalog

Strong experience of software development including 8+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products (minimum two product suites, related to the domain they will be working in) such as ITSM, SPM CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, Sec-Ops, GRC, Legal, etc.

Experience in all facets of software development life cycle like analysis, design, development, data conversion, data security, system integration and implementation

Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform components like business rules, client scripts, UI policies. UI actions, Form designer, Flow designer, ACLs etc.

Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in various environments that have implemented and provided design architecture in areas such as UI Builder, ITSM, ITOM, CPG, Portals, etc

Certifications: -

ServiceNow CSA – Certified Sys Admin (Mandatory)

ServiceNow CAD – Certified Application Developer (Mandatory)

ServiceNow CIS (mainline certifications) – 2 Mandatory- ITSM + at least one other (CSM, HRSD, SPM etc., with relevance to the domain they will be working in

• Experience as a Senior Technical analyst / Architect.

• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact and manage technical delivery from global/offshore teams.

• Understand the current class manager structure and identified the unwanted custom class(which are available in OOTB) and removed from CMDB with standard procedure.

• Gathering Business services and associated application services list and details from client team.

• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to understand all layers of the technology stacks that input into event management and service maps.

• Analyze the current status of the instance and prepare the project plan to apply the CSDM model in the environment

• Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices on event management

• Understand customer requirements, study the current configuration and translate to solutions, and communicate to clients.

• Experience in implementing various IT Service Management processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog and defining ITIL Process

• Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.

• Worked on End to End implementation of CMDB module using Discovery tool in ServiceNow

• Wide exposure on ServiceNow ITOM Implementation, Configuration and Customization

• Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on complex business processes and technical concepts

• Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc

• Working knowledge of IT Operations Management and CMDB Processes (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, Cloud Management, Orchestration)

• Expertise in Custom module implementations.

• Working experience on Workflow administration, SNOW Reporting, Form/UI configurations, Notifications, data imports, custom scripting.
