Technical Architect - Java

Role Overview: As a Java Technical Architect at Credex, you will be responsible for the Architecture, Design, and Building of scalable and highly available enterprise applications. You will collaborate with Leads & Product Owners from the customer side, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide guidance & mentorship to junior team members. This hands-on role requires you to operate comfortably in technical & business process situations. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the teams to gather functional requirements & develop technical specifications - Conduct technical evaluation and hands-on prototyping new solutions including cost analysis and lifecycle support - Architect, design, & build scalable and highly available enterprise applications (Microservices based architecture) - Ensure the quality, performance, robustness, and scalability of the services/features implemented by the team - Identify and mitigate risks on projects and provide support for the full life cycle of product development - Create, enhance, implement & maintain high performance, resilient, and scalable services - Help build the engineering culture within the teams (Code Quality, Automation, Continuous Integration, etc) - Provide guidance to business teams, mentor junior engineers, new team members, and apply technical expertise to solve challenging programming and design problems - Work with developers, automation engineers, and support teams to improve productivity by automating repetitive processes - Collaborate with Ops team to setup the build pipeline & automate deployment of the platform on public/private cloud environments Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience with building large scale distributed applications - Strong experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications - Experience with Microservices and Cloud-based architectures/design patterns - Experience of working with US clients - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with attention to detail - Strong experience in Java, Spring MVC, REST APIs - Additional experience with C++ preferred - Experience with Linux - Strong experience with top tier RDBMS (SQL, MySQL), database libraries (Hibernate, JDBI) - Preferred experience with server (Apache Server, Apache Tomcat, NGINX) - Preferred experience with Docker & Kubernetes - B. Tech/ MCA (Computer Science or a related field) and/or equivalent experience,
