Technical Architect - APM (Application Performance Management)

Location - Noida/ Bangalore/Pune/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end application architecture using

  Python, VueJS / ReactJS, NodeJS,

• Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for development teams.
• Architect and design microservices-based solutions with focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Ensure applications adhere to security, compliance, and performance benchmarks.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code and design reviews.
• Work with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Troubleshoot high-level technical issues and ensure application stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–13 years of experience in

  software development, with at least 3–5 years in architecture/design roles.

  trong expertise in Python, NodeJS, ReactJS/Vue.JS.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with databases

  (RDBMS like MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL and NoSQL like MongoDB/Redis).

• Knowledge of messaging systems

  (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
• Strong understanding of system design, performance tuning, caching, and scalability.
• Good knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, SAML).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) for full-stack understanding.

• Knowledge of Big Data or Analytics platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event Sourcing, and CQRS.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
