Technical Architect - AEM

As an AEM Technical Architect with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. Your expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms, combined with strong backend and frontend technology skills, will be crucial in designing and implementing scalable AEM architectures. You should have a proven track record in managing client interactions and ensuring successful project outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design, architecture, and implementation of AEM-based solutions, developing and customizing AEM components using various technologies such as Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models. You will oversee AEM deployments, migrations, workflows, replication, and performance optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, and developers, will be essential to ensure high-quality deliverables. Implementing best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability in AEM solutions is also a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will drive CI/CD implementation using tools like Maven and Jenkins, provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support consulting engagements. Conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and design patterns, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering timely solutions will be part of your daily tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software development with significant expertise in AEM. Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms deployment & migration is required. Proficiency in technologies such as Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models is essential. Knowledge of frontend technologies like jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS is also necessary. A solid understanding of backend development using Java EE, JSP, and related frameworks is expected. Experience with build and deployment tools such as Maven and Jenkins is crucial. Moreover, you should have a strong understanding of AEM architecture, workflows, dispatcher configuration, and performance management. Excellent problem-solving skills, client-handling abilities, communication skills, and proven leadership skills are highly valued in this role.,
