Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Strategy in Pune, India, your role involves managing a portfolio of customers who have implemented the technology solutions offered by the company. Your primary objective is to increase product usage and overall adoption, playing a crucial part in maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Your efforts will directly impact the value realized and the success of the business relationship. It is essential for you to maintain a strong focus on customer success and possess influential abilities to excel in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop strong customer relationships to establish Strategy as a trusted advisor for the customers - Possess business acumen to understand the business problems being solved and manage the evolution of the solution effectively to exceed customer expectations - Acquire a deep technical understanding of all Strategy products - Implement programs to ensure thorough awareness of customer adoption levels, value realization, and overall satisfaction with the technology solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and solutions for future product enhancements - Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Identify opportunities for solution expansion and adoption in collaboration with Sales Account Management and executives - Be available outside normal business hours during extraordinary events to ensure customer satisfaction and success **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field such as Information Systems or equivalent - Profound knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments - Understanding of enterprise software implementation practices - Minimum of 3 years of IT customer service experience with a strong customer focus - Minimum of 3 years of technical account management, engagement management, system implementation, technical support, or system integration consulting experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in communicating with internal Senior Management and managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional work streams - Ability to support Strategy customers during their working hours between 12:30 pm and 9:30 pm IST - Enthusiastic personality with a self-starter attitude and ability to identify areas for improvement - Strong time management skills to prioritize workload, multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities under pressure - Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, persistent, and willing to ask questions - Excellent oral and written English communication skills - Willingness to travel, with travel up to 10-25% depending on customer locations (Note: The recruitment process includes online assessments as the first step, which will be sent via email.
