Tech trainer

As a Tech Trainer at our Trivandrum (Kerala) site, you will play a crucial role in teaching programming languages like JavaScript and Python to beginners. Your passion for simplifying complex coding concepts and supporting students in their learning journey will be key to your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include explaining programming topics in a clear and structured manner, assisting learners with exercises and assessments, and collaborating with the content team to enhance learning materials. Additionally, you will be expected to track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure a supportive learning environment. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong foundation in JavaScript and Python, as well as a good understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL, and MongoDB. Your ability to effectively communicate technical information to beginners and your strong communication skills will be essential in helping students grasp challenging concepts. While prior experience with Node.js or Django, exposure to full-stack development (MERN or Django), and a background in teaching, mentoring, or training are considered beneficial, they are not mandatory requirements for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to be fluent in English and have the flexibility to work on-site at our Trivandrum location.
