  • Developing a good relationship with customers and partners.
  • Providing customer satisfaction through negotiation.
  • Implementing operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
  • Understanding the needs and preferences of the customer and ensuring that they are fulfilled.
  • Training and mentoring the staff whenever required.
  • Discussing the new strategies and policies with other concerned departments.
  • Works collaboratively across all departments of the company to help improve and optimize processes.
  • Provide leadership and assistance for delivery teams.
  • End to end accountability while delivering solutions.
  • Manage customer expectations.
Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years of working experience as an Implementation/Support Manager.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software like Zoho, Base CRM, etc.
  • Should have technical knowledge (SQL, Database etc).
