Responsibilities
Heading support of CCTV, PA, Access control, Fire alarm & UPS by connecting and checking for all incoming materials & softwares.
Providing technical remote support to customers via remote control software like TeamViewer, Any desk. etc
After sales support to customers, attending to field complaints for understanding live product issues
Site visits and inspection of customer installations for warranty issuance.
Technical clarifications of all products to Sales team.
Quality checking of all products returned back by customer. Resolving issue by coordinating with
Quality checking of all active products returned by customer. Correcting returned items from warehouse and sending them to factory if Chip/Board problems
Coordination of product approvals. Includes third party product approvals as per requirements by different laboratories. Also, Local approvals like Etisalat and DU, SIRA, etc. Also Submitting products for SABER approvals for KSA.
Coordination of arranging test reports for delivered items of all categories
