Tech Support Engineer

As a Software and Hardware Infrastructure Implementation and Support professional at ClearTrail, you will play a crucial role in identifying hardware and software requirements for product implementation. Your responsibilities will include designing highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, and virtualization architecture. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing network security based on customer requirements and deploying hardware, software, and application monitoring tools. Automation will be a key aspect of your role for deployments and system upgrades. You will also diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and recommend solutions within agreed SLAs. Furthermore, you will provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications.
