Tech Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tech Manager to lead our frontend and backend 

development teams. This role requires a balance of hands-on programming skills and strong 

team management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web and 

backend technologies, a passion for driving projects from concept to completion, and the ability 

to mentor and inspire a diverse tech team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Project Oversight:

performance, and code quality. 

Technical Collaboration:

troubleshoot, guide architecture decisions, and integrate components effectively. 

Hands-On Development

guidance and reviewing code to maintain high standards. 

Stakeholder Communication

to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. 

Process Optimization

and version control to streamline team workflows and improve productivity. 

Stay Current:

drive continuous improvement in development processes. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in technology, with strong expertise in both frontend and 

backend development. 

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js) and 

frameworks (e.g., React, Django, Express). 

• Proven experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, 

Azure). 

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate 

effectively. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, 

Kubernetes). 

• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. 

• Experience with DevOps practices and open-source contributions.
