Job Summary

¿ Design, customize, configure SD ¿ Possess in depth knowledge on O2C process covering all special processes in SD ¿ Process in depth knowledge on 3rd party, Intercompany and STO processes ¿ Possess knowledge in Interfaces and IDOC management ¿ Possess knowledge on SD FI MM integrations ¿ Conceptualize and create Functional specification after requirements gathering ¿ Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. ¿ Conduct unit testing on new objects developed ¿ Investigate, analyze, and solve day to day issues. ¿ Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues ¿ Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements for continuous improvements ¿ Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. ¿ Provide ad hoc training and user support as required. ¿ Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of objects Possess basic debugging knowledge
