Tech Lead- Java Microservices

As a Tech Lead specializing in Java Microservices, your role involves writing secure, maintainable, and testable code in a clean and consistent format. You will contribute to systems integration with existing systems and third-party providers to ensure that all systems meet the required specifications for deployment to target environments. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the banking industry to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of application development. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and manage bugs, bottlenecks, and issues in the code - Estimate build effort and support planning activities - Collaborate with other developers and architects to contribute to software architecture and development best practices - Focus on developing scalable, extensible, and maintainable solutions - Support the services built by the team when necessary Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry with a specialization in the banking domain - Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies and deep understanding of Microservice architecture - Experience with the Spring Boot framework - Extensive experience in building and supporting APIs - Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as Agile methodologies, test-driven development, unit testing, and design patterns - Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, Cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure - Proficiency in technologies such as Node, Angular, React JS, JavaScript, and Java - Exposure to network automation, Software Defined Networking, and NFVi concepts - Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines - Familiarity with agile project delivery and DevOps practices and tools,
