Tech Lead Java

The role involves participating in strategic planning discussions with technical and business stakeholders, acting as the key delivery partner for single or multiple sub-systems for global techno-functional product owners. You will be responsible for architecting and designing solutions, providing guidance to tech teams for implementation, and serving as a hands-on master developer on the system. Additionally, coaching developers of the vendors, pairing programming with new developers, and identifying and closing gaps in technical design and functional requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality software aligned with business goals are also part of the responsibilities. Furthermore, managing tech teams concurrently working on multiple projects is a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering field with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Java Developer. Proficiency in developing distributed systems using J2EE application stack, familiarity with complex technical development concepts, latest software tools, technologies, strong database concepts, and object-oriented designing techniques are required. Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, understanding various programming languages, and problem-solving skills in coding, testing, and deployment are also essential. An expert-level comprehension of object-oriented design and development is highly desirable.
