As a Tech Lead - Java Developer, you will be a crucial part of our team, driving the development and improvement of our Remote Gaming Platform (RGP). This platform delivers exciting, world-class games and seamlessly integrates with operators globally, providing thrilling experiences to millions of players. Join us in pushing the boundaries of creativity and delivering outstanding gaming experiences every day.

This outstanding development environment encourages collaboration and creativity. You will collaborate with five dedicated teams in the RGP area, tackling fascinating challenges and creating innovative solutions. Your role will be crucial in guaranteeing our products uphold the highest standards, collaborating closely with QAs, POs, and both internal and external game teams. This is an outstanding opportunity to craft the future of gaming and have a substantial influence on our industry!

What Youll Do

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in server-side core Java 8+ development.
Proficiency in communication protocols such as REST and WebSocket.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Basic knowledge of Argo and/or Ansible.
Familiarity with CICD tools (GoCD, Circle CI, Gitlab CI).
Experience with cloud services (Google, AWS, Azure).
Automation skills using bash or python.
Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, Elasticsearch).
Strong understanding of testing practices, both unit and integration testing.
Experience with high-volume, highly available websites.
Ability to develop and troubleshoot new and existing software within integration scope.
Perform application tests and remediate errors as needed.
Ensure smooth third-party API integrations.
Contribute to the development and peer review of technical solutions and documentation.
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Design and implement data storage solutions.
Maintain transparent communication with your manager regarding work progress.
Provide timely progress reports and seek mentorship as needed.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
Support additional tasks and projects to achieve department and organizational goals.
