Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers while staying hands-on with architecture and solution design
Define and implement
scalable, enterprise-grade architectures
across modern stacks
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technology with business needs
Drive technical excellence via
design reviews, coding standards, and best practices
Balance people management with
hands-on solutioning and code reviews
Ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and high-performing teams

Desired Profile

6–12 years of software engineering experience with
tech leadership/architect exposure
Strong expertise in
Java, .NET, Python, Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps
Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling complex systems
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Ability to balance
hands-on technical depth
with
team leadership
