We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a tech trainer and developer. This role is pivotal in both training on the latest technologies and methodologies and contributing directly to our software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a good technical background, good communication skills, and a passion for both training and tech development. Responsibilities: Training Delivery: - Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various technical topics including programming languages, frameworks, tools, and best practices. - Customize training content to meet the needs of different audiences, including developers, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders. Software Development: - Contribute to tech development projects by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and deliver scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business needs. - Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and collaborative problem-solving to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. - Solid understanding of Programming languages: C++/Python. - Basic Knowledge of electronics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi would be beneficial. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs.
