Job Description

We are looking for someone who can handle team and only an immediate joiner no notice period.

  • Team Leadership:

    Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, overseeing their daily tasks and performance.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop and implement effective recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Hiring Process Management:

    Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development:

    Proactively build robust pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Process Improvement:

    Identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Metrics & Reporting:

    Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (like time-to-fill and quality of hire) to measure success and drive improvements.
