Team Lead (Manager) Network Security (L4-L7) Development

Our distinctive approach, which integrates cloud and on-device protection, is reshaping how businesses connect in the current landscape of cloud computing and remote work. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development of scalable, resilient, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code and services within our Core Network as a Service components. - Create advanced services for cloud network solutions. - Ensure the upkeep of high-performing, scalable, and testable code. - Engage in peer reviews and collaborative programming. - Collaborate with a diverse multicultural team within an agile work environment. **Qualifications:** - Hold a BS/MS degree in CS/CE or a related field, with a minimum of 18+ years of experience in software development. - Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in leading a technically proficient team. - Proficiency in C++, C, GO programming, and debugging. - Familiarity with L4-L7, IPSec, SASE, CASB, or ZTNA. - Proficient in Unix/Linux systems, with expertise in user-space processes, kernel, socket programming, and inter-process communication. - Experience with networking protocols, routing, and tunnelling. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain transparent and consistent communication within the team. - Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking to nurture original ideas. - Previous experience in designing and architecting distributed services, microservices, and scalable solutions is highly advantageous. - Experience in a cloud environment is preferred. - Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus. - Possess a DevOps mentality, which is considered a significant advantage.,
