Team Lead - Intacct Implementation

As a Technology Implementation Specialist with 4-5 years of experience, preferably with Sage Intacct accounting software implementation experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Independently handle American client calls with excellent oral and written English communication skills for business requirement gathering, data points, and COA redesign and rationalization. - Comprehend American accent and cultural nuances, converse naturally, and explain concepts like COA re-design and Dimensions effectively to clients. - Guide the back-end team on data migration from legacy software and design new accounting structures as per client requirements. - Handle advanced modules like grants management, Sage Intacct Planning, and accounting, with the ability to configure third-party platforms such as bill.com, Expensify, and Sales Force. - Utilize good project management skills and leverage technology implementations with a special focus on Sage Intacct ERP software for US-based clients. - Display willingness to work in India-US overlapping time zones (4 pm to 1 am) for this US client-facing role. Qualifications: - Experience in technology implementations with a focus on Sage Intacct ERP software for at least 4-5 years is required. - Accounting background is desirable but not mandatory. - Inter CA or Postgrads are preferred but not mandatory.
