The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and structure to early childhood classrooms, helping children build strong foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning goals
• Use play-based and activity-based learning to teach basic concepts in language, numbers, and social behavior
• Foster emotional and social development through positive interactions and structured activities
• Track and report on student progress regularly to the school leadership and parents
• Collaborate with other teachers, volunteers, and staff to support school-wide events and initiatives
• Ensure the classroom is well-organized and materials are prepared in advance
• Attend regular training, workshops, and meetings organized by the school or the foundation
