Tally Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tally Trainer to deliver effective training sessions on TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9 and related accounting concepts. The trainer will be responsible for developing students’/trainees’ skills in accounting, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting using Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9 and other accounting software modules.
• Teach fundamentals of accounting, inventory management, taxation (GST, TDS, VAT), payroll, and MIS reporting.
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on practical training and ensure learners gain industry-ready skills.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with new features and updates of Tally software.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (preferred).
• Certification in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Tally Trainer / Faculty / Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in teaching/training Tally or working in the accounting field.
• Experience in training students, professionals, or corporate employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,155.56 - ₹25,000.00 per month
