Talent Acquisition Manager

Note: Only candidates with prior experience in the Real estate industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across project sites and functional departments
  
• Collaborate with department and project heads for workforce planning and forecasting
  
• Manage and mentor a team of 35 HR professionals to meet hiring goals
  
• Create clear and effective job descriptions and manage requisition workflows
  
• Coordinate internal transfers and drive effective retention strategies
  
• Ensure quality sourcing, timely closures, and smooth onboarding processes
  

Employee Engagement & Retention

• Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on attrition and improve retention efforts
  
• Work closely with department heads to address employee concerns and implement retention action plans
  

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers to monitor hiring activities
  
• Prepare and submit regular reports for management review, including:
  
• Monthly joined and exited employees
  
• Attrition analysis
  
• Candidate muster
  
• MPR (Manpower Requisition Reports)
  
• Project-wise recruitment reports
  
• Track and analyze hiring performance metrics and share insights with leadership
  

Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  8-15 years in Talent Acquisition

• Industry:

  Experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory

• Languages:

  Fluent in

  English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Strong knowledge of manpower planning, competency mapping, HR budgeting, and talent review processes
  
• Proficient in preparing recruitment dashboards, gap analysis, and BGV tracking
  
• Experience working closely with project managers and site teams is essential
